Schooner... The newest addition to the family!
It was a regular Saturday morning in February when Anne strolled past the local PetsMart and was captivated by a yellow Lab with one Brown and one Blue eye. (And I thought I was the only one for her...) He was laying across the lap of one of the volunteers with the Baja Animal Sanctuary, just waiting for someone to pick him out of the crowd and take him home. So, we did!
The Baja Animal Sanctuary, which is like a humane society that's based out of Rosarito Beach, had picked him up off the streets, cleaned him up, gave him his shots, and brought him to the States for a better life. So, we adopted him, gave him the name Schooner (like the boat or beer glass), brought him home, and our lives haven't been the same since!
